Brenda Bassoria Salinas

September 20, 1977 - July 18, 2020

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Brenda M. Salinas, age 42. Mrs. Salinas was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was born on September 20, 1977 to Mr. Candido Bassoria and Lydia Lugo. She attended Southwest Highschool. She married the one and only love of her life on February 19, 2009 at Westover Hills Church. She graduated from SCI as a pharmacy technician in 2007. She began her career in Human Resources at R & K Specialized Homes. Mrs. Salinas also had many hobbies. one of her favorites was that she loved doing her makeup, especially her eyebrows. She also enjoyed taking selfies for she was an incredibly beautiful woman. She loved watching the children and grandchildren play sports and cheerleading. Her favorite past times were spending time with the family, worshiping at church, gathering with friends, and attending women’s retreats. She loved cheering on her favorite teams, which included, the Spurs, Astros, Texas Rangers and Missions. She also enjoyed traveling the world with her loving husband. She adored listening to music and attending music festivals. She loved playing bingo, driving her vehicles, shopping at her favorite stores to include Nieman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Christian Louboutin. She was a beautiful woman who touched many lives and will never be forgotten. Mrs. Salinas is preceded in death by her grandfather, Juan S. Lugo; grandmother, Frances A. Lugo, and father in law, Alfredo Salinas, Jr. She is loved and missed by those who survived her, beginning with her loving husband, Fred Salinas III; children, Ruperto R., Alexis, and Xavier L. Villalobos; stepchildren, Matthew Salinas, Roxana M. Sandoval and Stephanie A. Salinas; sisters, Betty B. Gonzales and Ruby P. Cedillo; parents, Lydia L. Perez and Candido Bassoria; grandchildren, Christopher G. Sandoval, Halie R. Patrick, Haiden N. Patrick, Ruperto A. Villalobos, and Alexzander A. Villalobos.
