Norma Jean Menchaca

May 15, 1964 - February 6, 2022

Norma Jean Menchaca of Hillsboro, Ohio died unexpectedly at home on February 6th, 2022. Norma is survived by her husband Timothy Goodwin, sons Craig Goodwin, Richard Grant, Nathan Nickerson and Robert Graham, and daughters Sheyenne Nickerson and Serenity Menchaca. She is preceded in death by her father Roger Galindo Menchaca (Somerset, Texas) and her mother Lillian Jean Wilson (Los Angeles, California). Norma was born on May 15, 1964, in Los Angeles, California. She was a generous and godly woman, much beloved by her friends and family. She always had a beautiful smile on her face. Her children remember her as a kind, gentle, free spirit, who they could always take their problems too and seek guidance in their lives. Norma’s favorite place was the beach, and she will truly be missed. Norma wanted to be buried among her family in San Antonio, Texas. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday February 19th, at the Camero Funeral Home in Von Ormy, Texas. Flowers can be sent to the Camero Funeral Home at 20567 Highway 16 South, Von Ormy, TX 78073. A viewing for Norma will begin at noon, followed immediately by the service at 1:30, with a reception to follow at a nearby location. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Norma Menchaca’s life.
