Zulema Gamez Paz born on March 25, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 66. Ms. Paz is preceded in death by her parents, Valentin Gamez and Estela Ytuarte Gamez; brothers, Juan, David, Daniel, and Jose Gamez; sister, Rosa G. Salazar; sister-in-law, Pauline Gamez; brother-in-law, Gonzalo Salazar; nephew, Juan Arriola III; niece, Esther Burke. Ms. Paz is survived by her daughter, Estell Paz (Michael Gonzales); sisters, Maria Luisa Gamez and Stella Gamez; brothers, Valentin (Rosalinda Gamez) and Alfredo Gamez; granddaughter, Morgan Reyes and numerous nieces and nephews. Ms. Paz was a loving mother and grandmother who cared for her family deeply. She loved to garden, decorate, and go antique shopping. She was a supportive mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who always put her loved ones first. She was a loving and compassionate woman who always helped those in need. Zulema is extremely loved and will forever live in the hearts and memories of her family and friends. Visitation will begin on Monday April 11th, at 5:00 p.m. in the Camero Funeral Home chapel. A celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Burial on TBD at First Memorial Park.
